GET STARTED NOWHigher Retention & Student Success
đź’ˇ When students feel progress, they stay committed.
Quality training does more than teach steps—it builds confidence, motivation, and long-term engagement. When students experience consistent improvement, they become more invested in their training. This benefits both students and studio owners by:
✔️ Increasing student retention rates – fewer dropouts and disengaged students
✔️Creating a motivated, goal-oriented training environment
✔️ Strengthening the studio’s reputation through student success
👉 The right training program keeps students inspired and studios thriving.

A Structured Curriculum Removes Uncertainty
💡 More focus, less frustration—for both students and teachers.
A well-structured curriculum eliminates guesswork, ensuring that training is progressive, clear, and effective. Teachers can focus on refining their instruction rather than constantly adjusting their approach, leading to:
✔️ A clear, systematic path for student progress – no more confusion about what’s next
✔️ Confident students who feel accomplished at every stage
✔️ Less frustration for both students and instructors
👉 A structured approach makes learning ballet smoother and more rewarding.
A Stronger Studio & Sustainable Business Growth
đź’ˇ When students thrive, your studio thrives.
A proven curriculum doesn’t just improve student outcomes—it strengthens your studio’s reputation and business sustainability. By delivering consistent, high-quality training, you create an environment where dancers feel confident, parents see results, and word-of-mouth grows your student base.
✔️ Increasing student enrollment and retention, ensuring steady growth
✔️ Building a culture of excellence, professionalism, and long-term commitment
✔️ Creating a sustainable business model that supports both teachers and students
👉 The right program pays for itself by fostering a strong, engaged, and successful studio.

MEET JOY WOMACK.
Joy Womack is an internationally acclaimed ballerina, celebrated for her groundbreaking career and dedication to the art of ballet. As the first American to graduate from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and sign a contract with the Bolshoi Ballet, Joy has performed principal and soloist roles with renowned companies, including the Kremlin Ballet Theatre, Universal Ballet, and Paris Opera Ballet.
Her career spans performances across Europe, Asia, and North America, earning recognition for her technical precision, artistry, and resilience. Now, through the Joy Womack Ballet Academy (JWBA), she is sharing her expertise with the next generation of dancers, offering world-class training rooted in the Vaganova method.
Beyond the stage, Joy is passionate about mentorship, choreography, and expanding opportunities for ballet dancers worldwide.
Why We Created This Academy
As a young dancer and teacher, I traveled the world, performing and giving classes at various schools. Everywhere I went, I heard the same complaints from dance educators:
🩰 "Teaching beginner ballet is the worst." 🩰 "Younger students can’t focus." 🩰 "I usually have an older student teach them—it’s good for them."
But I disagree with this mindset. The most successful ballet schools put their best, most specialized teachers with the youngest students. Why? Because they understand that a well-trained young dancer with proper facility, coordination, musicality, and control will become a ballerina.
Discipline, self-motivation, and a pursuit of excellence can be nurtured from the very beginning. By creating a structured, engaging, and rewarding learning environment, you’ll set your students up for lifelong success.
We created this course to share these secrets with you and take the guesswork out of early ballet training.
REAL STORIES, REAL RESULTS.
"Attending Joy Womack’s ballet class was a truly inspiring experience. From the very beginning, it was evident how much care she puts into tailoring the class to the level of the students, ensuring that everyone can progress in a safe and structured way. Her attention to detail is remarkable—she provides precise corrections with kindness and a deep understanding of each dancer’s needs.
Beyond the technical aspects, Joy teaches with passion and warmth, creating an environment where students feel motivated and supported. Her guidance is not just about improving technique but also about nurturing artistry and confidence. Every correction she gives is thoughtful and encouraging, pushing dancers to grow while making them feel valued.
Joy Womack is not only an exceptional dancer but also a dedicated and generous teacher. Her classes leave students feeling inspired, challenged, and deeply cared for—a truly transformative experience for any dancer." ~ Stefania Petry
